Romeo boys’ track team pulls
ahead of GPS in meet, 88-48

The Romeo High School boys’ track team beat Grosse Pointe South 88-49 on Wednesday, May 6, to bring the team record to 4-0, assuring the team at least a share of the dual-meet title.
“Our goal was to win the meet by a comfortable margin and still be able to rest some guys who are really feeling banged up right now,” Coach Lew Page said. “We want everyone healthy for the stretch run so our top athletes can perform well at Regionals and get to the State finals.
