We tried to get as many on Friday that have historically gone on Friday, but we defaulted to Saturday.

Is it worth the time commitment for you and your kids? We've done running-specific core and strength training for years, but pressure is being brought to bear for all sports at our school to "buy in" fully to BFS, year-round.
