The 2008 State Meet will be on November 1, 2008 and it will follow this schedule:
10:00 am- D4 Boys
10:30 am- D3 Boys
11:00 am- D4 Girls
11:30 am- D3 Girls
1:30 pm- D2 Boys
2:00 pm- D1 Boys
2:30 pm- D2 Girls
3:00 pm- D1 Girls
West Catholic and Grand Rapids Catholic Central will jointly host the 3rd annual Cougar Falcon Cross Country Invite on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at East Rockford Middle School.
Races will be contested as follows:
6th Grade Middle School
7-8th Grades Middle School
Varsity Men and Women
Junior Varsity Men and Women
Limit: 20 Varsity Teams each gender.
