2009 Cougar Falcon Invite

West Catholic and Grand Rapids Catholic Central will jointly host the 4th annual Cougar Falcon Cross Country Invite on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Rockford East Middle School.

  • 8:45 Middle School — we start the 6th graders at the 1.1 mile mark and the 7th-8th graders at the 2.1 mile mark and run separate races at the same time.
  • 9:00 Welcome/National Anthem
  • 9:10 Varsity Boys
  • 9:30 Middle School Awards
  • 9:40 Varsity Girls
  • 10:10 JV Boys
  • 10:45 JV Girls
  • 11:30 Awards in the bleachers
  • 12:00 clean up and go ….

We will have concessions and $10 t-shirts available.

Parking is $5 per car so that your fans are aware.

Directions:

The address for REMS is 8615 — 9 Mile Road NE, Rockford, Mi. 49341.

The directions from Carson City: Take M57 west to Lincoln Lake Road. Go south on Lincoln Lake to 10 Mile Road. Take 10 Mile Road West to Ramsdell. Go south on Ramsdell to 9 Mile Road. Go west on 9 Mile to the school.

The directions for Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. Go north on US 131 to 10 Mile Road. Go East on 10 Mile Road to Young Ave. Go south on Young to 9 Mile Road. Go East on 9 Mile to the school.

From Lansing the directions are. Take I-96 west to the Lowell Exit. Get off at the Lowell exit and go north. The road becomes Lincoln Lake Road. Follow Lincoln Lake Road north to Belding road (M44). Take Belding Road west to Ramsdell. Go north on Ramsdell to 9 Mile Road. Go west on 9 Mile Road to the school.
