ROCHESTER HILLS — Anna Schwartz crossed the finish line at 21 minutes, 39 seconds, claiming fifth individually and leading Greenhills to third place at the MIAC girls cross country meet on Tuesday in Rochester Hills.

Claiming the meet was Lutheran Westland (27), followed by Auburn Hills Oakland Christian (66). Greenhills, meanwhile had 72 points.

“For the kids that ran, they ran very well,” Greenhills coach Jim Hare said. “It was just unfortunate we were missing quite a few of the varsity runners today.”
