Braves, Redettes get first wins on new track

NEGAUNEE – Tuesday was the first time that a track meet was held on the new rubber track in Negaunee, and the Gladstone boys and Marquette Senior High School girls took advantage of the maiden run with overall team wins.

Marquette’s girls got multiple wins from Alyssa Erspamer and Jessica Roche, while Gladstone was led by Charlie Pfotenhauer, Alex Harvala, Bill Morrow and Kent King for the boys win.
