COLOMA — Streaks were kept intact and a new runner emerged in front of the pack Monday at the Lakeland Conference cross country meet at Coloma High School.

Buchanan’s girls won their fourth straight conference title, while Bridgman’s boys won their third straight.

In the girls race, Buchanan’s Torrie Eger won her second straight individual title and her third during her stellar high school career.

In the boys race, Edwardsburg sophomore Josh Clark won for the first time.

By placing first during the regular season and at the meet, Buchanan’s girls claimed their third outright league title in the last four years. The other title was shared with Edwardsburg. The Bucks totaled 36 points and edged second place Berrien Springs (38).
