Alma boys dominate Jaws and Paws cross country event

St. Louis runner Brayden Border took the top spot at the Jaws and Paws cross country meet on Wednesday with a time of 17:27, but Alma captured 12 of the top 15 positions to take first place ahead of the host Sharks and Breckenridge.

Derek Devine led the Panthers with a second-place finish at 17:53, and Josh Reiber paced the Huskies with a time of 19:39, placing ninth.
