FAQ:
What is the course like? Flat with a number of turns — it is a fair course that can sometimes run fast when it is dry for an extended period. It finishes inside the stadium on the track and probably 65% of the course can be viewed from the top of the bleachers with binoculars.

Who is managing the meet? It will be managed by Allendale High School and MichianaTiming.com so you can expect a highly organized meet as well as prompt and efficient results. Complete results are both distributed and uploaded.

Can I bring my dog? S/he’s a sweetheart! But still no, please leave four legged friends at home. Only helper dogs are permitted and proper documentation must be available at all times.

What will be available? T-shirts will be available for sale at reasonable prices. Concessions will be open. Bathrooms are available at the north west corner of the stadium as well as inside the school facility. Please reference the facility map.

Where may we place our team tent? There are two places for the invite. West of the stadium in the grass between the parking lot and the stadium fence — there is a LOT of space in this area. East of the stadium IF YOU ARE BEHIND THE BLEACHERS. You may not be north of the bleachers as you will interfere with the line of sight between the finish and the start area. You may NOT put your tents inside the stadium as it may damage our football field and we are in season. You may not pick some other secluded place on campus. Sorry.

What is the admission charge? We charge $5 per spectator entering with a per car maximum of $15. This money is used to put on a quality event. We pay for many things to provide a quality experience including numerous medals and trophies, course maintenance, paint, flags, timing staff, trainers, facilities maintenance, medical supplies, signage, etc. If you compare to any other athletic event, where you pay without a per car maximum, I hope you can feel good about paying admission. Do car pool! The ticket takers are high school kids and volunteers — please ask your parents to treat them respectfully.

Where can I park? All traffic must enter from the WEST from 68th Avenue. There is no parking on the east side of the campus, 64th Avenue, nor along adjoining roads. Cars parked along the public road cause a hazard and will be ticketed and in some cases towed in the discretion of the authorities.
