West Catholic, Grand Rapids Catholic Central and Grand Rapids Christian will jointly host the 6th annual Cougar Falcon Cross Country Invite on Saturday, September 24, 2011.
This year we are collecting juice boxes for Kids’ Food Basket and the team with the most will get Brooks bags. We think this is a great opportunity to do something good for the world and I hope you will take it serious on your team and help us by actively collecting.

Limit: 30 Varsity Teams each gender.

Athlete Registration — how to register
Roster entry will be handled using Athletic.net. All high school athletes may be entered in the varsity race! You need not specify if athletes will run in varsity/jv. All athletes are eligible for either race without designation.
We will have concessions and $10 t-shirts available.
Parking is $5 per car so that your fans are aware.
Specific parking information will be posted before the meet, as it is very important that you understand where you can and cannot park.
